If I have my boots on the ESEE 3 is carried attached to a boot.
pic of how you attach it to the boot? I've been looking into this but not sure how they attach.

I run a pelican 1920, but the button always fails. Either the rubber tip falls off and the flashlight will not full engage(just do monetary while pushing on the toggle. Or it eats batteries due to it's erasability to be turn on. Only finding out by the heat it produces from being on fro hours. [

This is the sixth one they've sent me as the light carries a lifetime warranty. That is great in all, but doesn't help when you really need a flashlight.

Had one for years and no issues, that sucks to hear. Why haven't you switched where you carried it since you have broken so many?

Random photo of emptying pockets of main gear. Just thought it looked like it was sold as a kit and took a pic.

I modified the button on one. I removed the rubber overlay, filled in the crevice with clear silicone. I haven't had an issue with batteries draining or the light Turing on in my pocket either.

I added a new knife a few weeks ago too. Picked up a Piranha Virus to replace my Boker 47
