I think I had a few back when I had a Grendel. I don't recall any problems.

I usually use the 10 round Alexander Arms mags.

10 rounds for hunting and from the manufacturer. They have other sizes available, but that's not my blaster gun. 5.56 for that. I think it has a blue follower for the larger diameter case. I haven't used it much lately, last three rounds were responsible for three deer! My son has claimed it as he shot the last two.!? Wonderful round for smaller hunters and the adjustable stock helps him fit right. Better than the small Marlin 357 mag I had for him to use.

I got a few 10 rounders, they dont get in the way when you prone out. For the intended use of the rifle, 10 rounds is plenty.
