New FourSevens Pistol Light
FourSevens is breaking into the weapon light category with two SHOT Show reveals.
The most exciting to me is the Sentinel WS1. It is the same size as the Surefire XC-1 (perfect for unobtrusive carry on a G19) but with three times the output (200 lumens vs 600 lumens). The battery is rechargeable via USB without removal, and the switches are programmable using your smart phone/tablet via Bluetooth. I do hope the batteries are also replaceable. Recharging is great and all, but if I need fresh juice now, I need it NOW.
The other light I can't find much about... I'm not sure if it's just a proof of concept, or tech demo, or something they actually want to bring to market. I do know it's tiny.

I like that lights are getting smaller and brighter.
