SBR Form 1 Engraving Question
I am using my NFA trust for the online Form 1 which means I will be the one converting my firearm to a SBR.
Do I need to have my last name and trust name engraved on the firearm or just trust name?
I know city and state must be on there.

Re: SBR Form 1 Engraving Question
I actually read an interesting piece about this recently. If you look at how the law is written you technically don't have to engrave it unless you sell it. But better safe than sorry with the gubment

Don't need to do it until your form is approved.Toddstang wrote:I am using my NFA trust for the online Form 1 which means I will be the one converting my firearm to a SBR.

SBR Form 1 Engraving Question
I send my stuff to these guys. They do a great job and quick turnaround.

I like that they can engrave in the trigger area.

Re: SBR Form 1 Engraving Question
I don't know if there is any issue if it is engraved and the stamp doesn't get approved, but Mike at Lincoln Arms recommended to me to wait. In that area I can only stamp, but then that is why I have the letter and number set.
ArmorHide is a good guy and does good work.

Re: SBR Form 1 Engraving Question
Got my lowers back from tarheel state firearms today and they look great. I sent them out Wednesday afternoon and they were on my front porch today when I got home. I like the engraving on the trigger area better than on the magwell like my other.
