22LR ammo pretty cheap. Anyone want to split some?

Post by ChopperDoc » Wed Mar 28, 2012 10:48 pm

Have a chance to get CCI Blazer 22LR Ammo (40gr, 1255FPS) for 4.7 cents per round (plus any shipping) if I buy 5k rounds. Thinking about doing it all for me-self but if anyone wants to split it let me know. Gonna order it by tomorrow.

that seems pretty expensive for blazer... that would be 23.50 per brick of 500... Blazer is only like 19.99 at wal-mart..

really? Don't recall seeing it that cheap at Wally World. I'll check tomorrow.

IIRC I was thinking that the calculator said the Wally World price was like 8 or 9 cents per round plus tax.

I have been searching for the best price on .22 short as of late.. I finally ordered 1k rounds from SGammo... I wish we had a dunhams around here so we could get the .22lr that some of them grab up there for $17 -18 a brick....

and if Wally world is $20 a box then I don't need to mess with shipping and it is still cheaper by paying tax rather than shipping.

jmeister and kyswede get them at Dunhams for a fraction of that!

I think jmeister said he got 1050 rds for $36....or something really close to that!

Not sure how close you are to a Dunhams, but Im thinking about making a trip just to stock up on Blazer 22

might ride down to keenes today and see what they have... They were so packed Saturday we had to park across the street and moving around inside you had to keep dodging people while trying to look..

I handed the guy at the back counter my drivers license and my CCDW license, filled out to 4473, he wrote my info on the 4473 and I went to the checkout counter. Took about 2 minutes. No phone call with CCDW.

If you go, can you get me a case or two? Not for the flea market, for shooting.
