It’s a SG lock on it now. After reading a SG manual it appears that after your last number your supposed to turn it to 95 before the safe will open. For the 6 years I’ve owned the safe it’s always opened on the last number. So not sure if over time it has knocked something out of wack. I’ve narrowed it down to the secondary catch not allowing the lock to come up. I definitely need to get a new lock assembly. ThanksPDM wrote:Change the combination and see if the symptom persists.
