and to go without people asking you stupid questions that you put in the ad and without them showing up for your meeting and lowballing you after you already agreed to a deal.

LOL, I have been very fortunate in that respect. Every armslist deal has been fine for me. And I've been in dozens. But you do get some 'interesting' offers that's for sure. Just have to weed out the chaff to get to the deals.
