From talking to the guys in the booth it should be civilian friendly, if not wallet friendly. I think they said it should be on the market later this year or early next year. That one is .45 but they said it will also be available in 9mm. Somewhere probably in the $2500 range (about standard for LWRC) and the mags are expected to be about $50. They had one with a regular AR style stock on it too, but the folding stock was much nicer looking

That looks like a hog nosed snake, which looks almost exactly like a timber rattler, but has no rattles on the tail. Completely harmless.

The snaky thing about them that most folks don't know is that they are somewhat chameleon. I've seen them from bright green to dark brown

I always grabbed the tail and cracked them like a whip. King snakes and racers get left alone. Chicken snakes and copperheads get their heads rolled

poisonous snakes die by various means.....non poisonous go to the kids. Havent found anything poisonous at our new place yet, but have seen a few garter snakes and what i believe was a black rat snake but coulnt get close enough before he was gone. Neighbor found a shed about 3 ft long that looks to be a black rat snake but hard to tell.
