If I have to, I'll buy one, so no big worries. I should keep one in the truck anyway in case I get a flat on the road.Ian wrote:Going to call about the bottle jack tomorrow.

Pm me before you buy one Aaron. I think I have one in the garage. You can have it if I can find it.Jakob wrote:If I have to, I'll buy one, so no big worries. I should keep one in the truck anyway in case I get a flat on the road.Ian wrote:Going to call about the bottle jack tomorrow.

Thanks to Ian for helping to make short work of the wheel/tire swaps. It took a little brute force, but other than that, everything went good. Also got the fuel tank sat into place in the bed. Now, lines just need to be ran and it bolted down.

Was thinking of how to do the bench setup we talked about over the fuel tank(s) so you don't lose bed space.

Re:
I think I have an idea, so the tanks can still be accessed as well, but kind of hard to explain. Basically, frame up a bench and backing that will sit over the tanks. The bottom seat part would be able to be folded up against the backrest to gain access to the tanks.Ian wrote:Was thinking of how to do the bench setup we talked about over the fuel tank(s) so you don't lose bed space.

Re:
That's a given, Probably going to make it out of 2x2 square tubing, 1/4 thick. That should be able to take quite a hit.Ian wrote:Make sure to incorporate some sort if metal guard to keep anything you haul from bashing the shit out of the tanks
