Another design suggestion

BTW these are just ideas and not complaints. Any time you want me to stop giving them just say so 
The MARK FORUMS READ link is on the right but needs to be used from the FORUM INDEX which is on the left. That means you have to click the left side of the screen and then the right side of the screen to mark all forums read. A bit ergonomically odd.
