Ha!

Cheesecake:

3 blocks of cream cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tabl flour
1/4 cup milk
1 teas vanilla
1 cup sugar
2 eggs

Mix all until very very smooth and cook in a 350F (this may be wrong its off the top of my head) oven for 35-45 minutes. Sometimes the shit cracks, won't do it if you have a water bath, but I'm sometimes really lazy and don't do it. (ok a lot of the time) You don't want the cake to brown in the center.

There. There is my secret.

But, I hardly ever measure things out so again its off the top of my head this recipe. Kinda like when I make pancakes...

Still waiting for said cheesecake to appear.

Mmmmm, send details via text. I don't want these vultures stealing my thunder. I have my kids Sunday too.
