We have a Steepleton in our basement. When we remodeled a few years ago we broke the table down ourselves but wanted Steepleton to set it back up, refelt and level. Cost was $450.

Hardest part of the breakdown was moving the slate. Each section (ours has 3) weighs 200 or so lbs. I used a Sharpie marker to label each piece of the table, legs and slate with their respective positions during the breakdown. Once broken down the entire table can be hauled in pieces in a truck or cargo van.

An FYI: you need a minimum area of 13'x17' for the table.

Try Brian at Rack 66 on Preston also. He may be a better deal moving it. He may not also, just another option.

Damn... That sucker is pretty heavy. We've got plenty of room for it but no way to transport it. Might be bad timing for me.
