Thay is what is wanted and the new guise to gun confiscation. "We don't want guns illegal, we just think crazy people shouldn't have them and if you want them then you are crazy by proxy". They will never sleep and though we shouldn't need to explain anything about our rights as they are right there in black and white, we always seem to have to. With all of the children being raised by people who were never properly raised and a whole big swarm of people that aren't from here voting against us there is no shortage of people to fight. We will lose in the future just due specifically to the amount of bought voters dependant on the system to feed, clothe, and shelter them. They can't bite the hand that feeds them and the schools don't tell them they have rights so they don't know what you or I know about this country and our history. It's scary I know and all that is in question is the time frame it takes to turn the constitution into tp. History tells us this and as unpleasant as it is, it just is.richief wrote:I have no doubt these protesters have a legitamate gripe.
I mean burning is a management tool for grazing land, it can be a risky tool, and whoever does it is liable for any damages they inflict.
Should they be charged and convicted of Terrorism?
How long before a whole segment of the population are called right wing extremists, and labeled possible domestic terrorists because they publicly oppose gun prohibition, or abortion, or something else.

Which group you think voted for Obama?
Which group you think voted for Obama?
There are criminals among us who are both homicidal and incorrigible. Their parents took a shot at civilizing them and failed. Their school teachers took a shot at them and failed. The odds are overwhelming that government welfare programs and penal institutions took a shot at them and failed. If it ever becomes your turn to take a shot at them, don’t fail.

I read somewhere the main reason they were burning was to hide evidence that they had been poaching.

Re: Militia takes over Malheur National Wildlife Refuge head
This is one of those stories that there are so many sources reporting so many different things I don't know if we'll ever know the whole truth. I read there were two controlled burns in a few years that they got in trouble for. One was supposedly to kill off an invasive species and the other was to block a wildfire that was threatening their home.gaston_kalash wrote:I read somewhere the main reason they were burning was to hide evidence that they had been poaching.

That was the government's excuse for prosecuting them, I think but, who knows.gaston_kalash wrote:I read somewhere the main reason they were burning was to hide evidence that they had been poaching.

Yet another reason to purge "terrorism" and "terrorist" from our vocabulary.
If somebody kills somebody without justification they're a murderer.
If they burn something down without justification they're an arsonist.
If they steal something they're a thief.
In my book "terrorism" belongs in the same category as "hate crime."

Seems pretty factual. At least believable.Toddstang wrote:Yea, Ruby Ridge was a lame excuse by the .gov too.baknblack wrote:That was the government's excuse for prosecuting them, I think but, who knows.gaston_kalash wrote:I read somewhere the main reason they were burning was to hide evidence that they had been poaching.

Not sure how no one thought to bring sleeping bags and more than a months worth of food at minimum. They shouldve drove in a semi, did they think this issue would be resolved immediately.
