In case your bow doesn’t have enough oomph to take down whatever beast you may be hunting, the folks over at Rac-Em-Bac might have the solution for you. Their new Bow Mag cylinders allow you to insert a .38 special or .357 magnum round inside their arrowheads that discharge upon impact. They work with both standard arrow shafts or crossbow bolts. Be sure to check all local laws to be sure these are even legal to use for hunting in your area before you start playing Hawkeye from The Avengers, or Rambo if you were around in the 80′s. They retail for $39.99 for a pack of six over at RaceEmBac.com.
There are criminals among us who are both homicidal and incorrigible. Their parents took a shot at civilizing them and failed. Their school teachers took a shot at them and failed. The odds are overwhelming that government welfare programs and penal institutions took a shot at them and failed. If it ever becomes your turn to take a shot at them, don’t fail.

When I was a kid my dad had a hell of a cross bow for the late 80s , he and his buddies would take the old bolts that had been damaged and put a finish nail in side the shaft and tape a shotgun shell to the end with the primer right over the hole in the shaft, when the bolt would hit the finish nail would hit the primer and set off the shotgun shell. I recall they made a hell of a crater when you hit the ground with them. You could reuse the shaft if you could find it, if you slipped a piece of PVC over the shell it focused the blast some but also reduced the range.

PS you shoot your eye out
