Not sure why, but Simmons tends to catch alot of slack......Personally, I think they are good to go.
Again, might not be top quality, but great for price point IMO....
I don't have the 22 mag 3x9x32, but I have a couple guns with the Simmons 3x9x40 (i think they call them the 8-point) that do the job. Rather clear glass and I've one of mine is on a Savage .270 that I've had for years and it holds zero etc.....

Reviews seem good, and I like what I have read as far as specs go. Plus the price is right. The only negative I have found is that the warranty is so-so. I would be required to pay postage to china for any repairs needed, and at $50 for the scope, I would just replace it anyways.
