Burris FastFire II or............
I want to get a micro red dot for my 22/45 I would prefer to not spend $200 on it, but I do not want to waste my time with cheap Chinese knock off crap. I also like the BFF because they make a ballin mount for the ruger I would like to use, but I am open to suggestion especially if it will save me some dollars.
Has anyone used a different brand and had good results from it?

Check around online. Saw the standard Fastfire II for $186 somewhere. I picked a new, sealed in the wrap, one for $180 shipped recently. You won't regret it, best bang for the buck, especially comparing prices to the Doctor
I came into this world kicking and screaming, covered in someone else's BLOOD. I have no problem going out the EXACT same way!!

I see the doctor listed in CDNN's catalog all the time.
Never known anybody that's had one to get any feedback from.
I never think about the Burris. Let's see some pics after you put it on.

I'm using one as a back up on my SPR. Piggybacked on my Nightforce on a GG&G mount, makes up close work a breeze.

It is hardly too strong to say that the Constitution was made to guard the people against the dangers of good intentions. There are men in all ages who mean to govern well, but they mean to govern. They promise to be good masters, but they mean to be masters. - Daniel WebsterMexican Kerry wrote:Except for Viv.
