The suppressor itself will not change accuracy
POI will/ could change because of barrel harmonics


A rigide barrel( short, thick better- long , thick ok) will compensate for that.
Baffle strikes are caused by miss alignment or crocked threads to center of bore.

I use lacquer thinner and just light them bad boys
And I use Kingsford bought from Krogers
