What's your normal carry gear for day to day use look like?

Here's my normal load out these days...

I used a piece os red cellophane that I got on a roll at target. Doubled it over and clipped it to one of my soft boxes. Cheap, DIY gel...lol

Seen a comment on an article on yahoo where a woman said that birth control should be covered because it is preventative for pregnancy which is a medical condition just like high blood pressure and diabetes. I had to comment back that pregnancy as a "medical condition" is 100% preventable with NO me...
