I put one on for Coach a while back. It uses the standard nut and has a 2 piece bushing that goes over it before the rail. If the bushing isn't timed right on the nut,it wont fit.He may have been trying to hammer it on.

ask the gunsmith how he intends on installing them.I know Armorhyde and Guncrank fit them and loctite them.The place on Bardstown rd uses a punch.Glocks can use a site pusher and there was a community one floating around on here.I've dropped my stuff and never had any issues.

I've had 5 pairs of them and never had an issue.Remember green is the brightest of all colors.You have to make sure they are pressed on and not put on with a punch because that is what can crack or loosen the tube and it voids the warranty.

I use a universal lee de-capper and have cose to 2500rds with no issue.They will send you a new rod if you send the broke one in.
