I had dinner here. I never actually totalled my bill and I was afraid to at the time. I think each course was about 50 euros. So I was in pretty deep maybe $250 in the end when I walked out.

A stripped lower can be built into any legal configuration you wish. Pistol, rifle, weapon. If your 4473 you submitted says rifle or pistol or a caliber your FFL screwed up.
