First try at pork belly burnt ends.

Wagyu brisket overnight. Apple/pecan blend of pellets. Sriracha binder with a brown sugar based seasoning. 15 hrs & it’s melt in your mouth, falling apart tender.

If you decide to split I wouldn’t mind getting the box of Winchester deer season. That’s what I’ve been using in my deer rifle the last few years.

What’s left after I’ve gotten my fill. Wasn’t too bad IMO. First pic it had only been on for a few minutes.

I’ve seen it at both Costco & Sam’s lately but haven’t bought one yet. Been waiting to get settled into my new routine.

Thin sliced ribeyes from Sam’s. About 3 minutes total cooking time on the gas grill. Makes a damn good steak Sammy

Costco ribeye on my new Sam’s club grill. I like it. Very sturdy & heated up quickly.

Chicken parm. Coated in flour, then an egg wash & dredged in panko bread crumbs. Pan fried & then into the oven for 10 minutes for the sauce to thicken a little. Add cheese & into the oven 5 more minutes.

Flour,egg wash & bread crumbs all has Italian seasoning added to them.

Mongolian beef. I rarely measure ingredients so these are just guesstimates. I could have probably used a little more garlic & soy & a little less ginger.
