I am glad to hear your are making a change for the better. Like the others said, you eat better you feel better. I started near the end of February at 325. Yesterday I checked in at 264. Keep up the good work.

Thanks for the replies everyone. Its a big help. Looks like another one just joined the line up. That lantac dragon looks good. Time for more research.

I am down to the last part on my first AR. Just need a muzzle brake/comp. I have my list down to 3. The battle comp, PWS FCS 556, and the spikes dyna comp. I would like to see what you guys think about these. Also are there any others that I should consider. Thanks for the help.

I will get it after I finish my pc build. Just need to figure out what graphics card to get to run it.

I wish I could put this stuff on my truck. I would never have to wash it. If it did get dirty just hose it off and done.
