I need a camera to inspect about 10 ft of drain pipe.
My washing machine drain overflows regularly...
I have had the main drain clean out snaked probably 5 times by a plumber all the way to the sewer, and I've snaked it a dozen times at least.
I used to think the giant maple tree in front yard had roots in the drain, but I took those trees out ten years ago, and plumbers have used aggressive bores on the line twice. Also, the toilet in the same room as the washing machine never has a problem. (And the main clean out is right outside of the wall from this bathroom\laundry room.
It's not too much detergent suddsing up, and a large hole is drilled into the vent tube above the washer drain where i would insert the snake, so it should have air.
My next logical step is to get a camera down the drain line...
Does anyone know where to rent one of these? I've had no luck finding one.

Home Depot on Preston Hwy has one. Looks like all the other don't carry them.

I bought a inspection camera with Bluetooth 2 meters long with a 8mm 6led lens for $20 on eBay. Longer lengths are $5 more. Kool to have stuff cheap.

I bought two a while back. Both USB and can work on my phone or a laptop. Got one for work and one for the house. I first bought a WiFi one but it never did work worth a crap.kokopelli wrote:Now that's what I need!nemo wrote:I bought a inspection camera with Bluetooth 2 meters long with a 8mm 6led lens for $20 on eBay.
