Smith and Wesson 357 magnum snubby
Acquired this a couple days ago in a trade. Overall decent shape....locks up tight, shoots well (only put a few thru it to make sure it worked) Minor rust and tiny bit of pitting. Classic signs of carry gun that wasn't oiled regular or glove box gun.
Basically need an idea of what you all think it's worth. I don't think it's anything "special" But I don't mess with wheel guns enough to be certain. I'm sure I could find out more via other forums, but rather hear it here, lol.

Open the cylinder and look for the model number. If it's not there then have to look through the descriptions. I would say it would bring 450 at least in the right places based on the finish problems. The great thing is that it's a 357 and not just a 38

CHecked gunbroker recently completed auctions of similar guns in similar conditions. Sale prices end at from 434 to 500 dollars. This is plus shipping and transfer fees.
I probably can tell you where you can get $450 for it if you want to sell it.

Re: Smith and Wesson 357 magnum snubby
one of the nicest 357's ever made, great older S&W action, pinned barrel, recessed chamber, they just don't make them like that anymore, you have the round butt there, =more desirable than sq.
dollars worth 450 maybe but try and find another, might look for a while, a 99% one would bring 750 maybe but then you wouldn't use it much. Great ladder gun for teaching pistol shooting, 22/38/357 etc. Safe, simple, reliable gun for bedside/Wife, Stainless ones are great for truck gun.(66) Hopefully you got it for 4beans or less and have a great keeper that fills a slot many overlook in handguns. I like them Kframes LOL
