Limbsaver install

I've an old Hoyt Raider Intruder and I was going to install some Limbsavers on it to quiet it. However, all install directions I've seen say nothing about where to replace it if a bolt is in the way. Can someone tell me what the bolt is for, and if it is okay just to install the limbsavers behind the bolt.
