Just unlucky or do you think someone knew it was in there?

I have a feeling it's someone that knows me. No other cars were touched, and nothing in my car was moved except the pistol. Hopefully the police get it out of the hands of some crazy with malicious intent.

Hope you find out who it is soon so they don't get you again in another part of your life. A user is a user.

Its always someone that knew the gun was there.

Was your vehicle locked or did they break in?

Good job of keeping track of your serial #.

Cant remember if it was locked or not. I've worked there for 10 years and never had any problems. You would think that with background checks and hair sample drug test that it would weed out the bad ones. Guess not.

Not even close. I lock my car doors when I am washing it in my own driveway. Background checks only see what someone has been caught doing in the past. And last but not least the drug test just says they didn't do drugs for a bit. People relapse, people have ways to beat a lot of those tests, and you don't have to be on drugs or into them to be a criminal/thief. Bad people are just that, bad. Hope they catch them and they actually have consequences.

Lots of reasons to steal other than drugs
