kac patch

Post by mtchbrian » Sat Dec 29, 2012 1:00 pm

I think itd be cool to get the logo on a patch. I'm thinking black background with white or silver letterimg and matching border. Have this thing with a velcro backing. Sound good...just tossing an idea out there.

Interested in one. A lot of gear has that standard patch size Velcro backing pre-made onto it waiting for a patch.

I checked with a couple Internet companies and their minimum orders is what killed it. The smallest batch with Velcro backing was 200 pieces minimum. I have looked into a local place but I really didn't know what everyone wanted. There are several sizes available with different backing and borders, basically lots of choices but no mixed batches.

You guys let me know what you want as far as sew on or Velcro and what size and I'll find out if its possible. I was looking at rectangular shaped patches, is that what you guys are interested in or another shape?

I am more than willing to investigate further but I want to get what you guys want, not something that won't be used. If we can come up with an agreement on size and style I'll make the design. Size will have to be the deciding factor on how much detail the patch will have but I promise to do my best. I think I've done ok so far with the designs :)

Hit up DD, our t-shirt guy should be able to do it.
We were talking with him about patches as well.

Price may be what keeps this from happening.
One of those things where you need larger orders to make it economical.

I really have no doubt I get get 20 from this site

all I would really need to do would be to go get a quote from the dude at the PX that does all these custom patches. I will shoot a picture of some of the work he does. Don't expect that PVC patch stuff, just the regular ones, but they are very nice.

i will monitor this thread and see what the leadership wants to do and I will go get a quote for you guys.

as far as shipping, shove them in a priority box and wait about 2-3 weeks before you get em
