The Velcro on the front of my hat is 3.25" W x 2" H if that helps on sizing.

I just noticed looking on my computer monitor the riflein the background....that prob wont be there, just the KAC, web address, and the city skyline.
I would like to keep one for my service(if you decide to go my route) and factor in shipping cost of the smallest flat rate box I can fit em all in.
I can pay upfront without waiting on money and can be paid by someone back there that collects the money.

I still have friends contracting in Kabul they can get patches made cheap at the hadji mart.
