300 Blackout 10.5 inch vs 16 inch with Can

So I would like to get a 300 blackout set up to go with an Omega 36 can coming soon. My first thought was to go 10.5 inch barrel, but now with the brace issues I am thinking going 16 inch barrel. My question is will I see that big of a difference with sound in a 16 inch barrel?

I want to set this up as my Coyote set up so I want to be as quiet as I can.

if you go 16" then go Ruger American ranch in 300BO the absolute quietest setup you can do. as far as the difference I've never compared a 16" to my ...8.5"? with a can ( Optimus 9 ) but mine is hearing safe for sure.

Same. The difference between a 10.5 and 16 is so small. 16 if you want a bolt gun quite as possible. If. It just do the 10.5 if you have a sbr lower already.

I have an 8.5” but I’ve only ever used it suppressed with subsonic rounds for it so I don’t have any way to compare the difference in sound with everything else being equal.
