AR Q/D barrel? Is it worth it?
I've seen and ad or 2 on FB for the parts to make an AR have a quick disconnect barrel.
Anybody know anything about them? They are under $200.
Thanks.

Its the same thing huntertown arms sold. There not bad but you have use a YHM barrel nut.

I really thought about the pantheon arms dolos when building my 300blackout sbr so I could swap out the 300 upper for a 223 upper with minimal effort, but didn’t just because it’d be more of a novelty for me

I'm leaning towards yer way of thinking, I think.
I've spent more than enough on doodads for a good while I think.
But the other side of me keeps thinking it would be cool!

With a QD barrel, LAW folder and a pistol barrel and brace it could fit in anything/anywhere. Good backpack, brief case or gym bag gun. Now you
got me thinking I need one...

I was only going to build one...

I bought one of the original dolos and you are right it’s just a doodad. Plus it’s ugly and you have to drill and tap it to put any attachment on it.plumber_bob wrote: ↑Sat May 01, 2021 8:38 amI'm leaning towards yer way of thinking, I think.
