AR9 upper assembly

AR9 upper assembly
Any one out there have the tools and know how that would show me what I need and how to do it? Have a stripped upper, a barrel, a barrel nut and rail. Do I need anything else?

Hahaha I'd be on them already if they were fixed, I don't want flip ups.
Plus those have been whored out all over the net, I'd feel to trashy being seen with them...haha
