Crush washer mishap

Helped a coworker out by installing a Lantac Dragon for him yesterday. A few months ago I helped him change over from the standard handgaurd to a free float rail.

Set the torque wrench to 20ft lbs and it never clicked. I think I realized it before it could have been worse, but alas the barrel did receive damage. Hoping my local smithy can fox it

Never torque a flash hider
Hand tight only
