Just did the bathroom scale measurement on my two... Both were weighed unloaded.

DDM4V11 LW: 7.2 lbs
-Elzetta Alpha in a DD Keymod mount
-DD fixed sights

IWS-15: 8.2 lbs
-Vortex Viper PST in Nikon rings

My scale only does .5 lb increments so they aren't precise weights.

This 10.5" Colt comes in at 6 lbs with an empty mag:

And this 11.5" Aero weighed in at 9 lbs with empty mag and a Vortex Strikefire 2 mounted:

Its heavy and uncomfortable, and is being returned to its former state without the COP upper and Vortex.

Its probably on my "don't sell" list. Its pretty basic, but that's how I wanted it. The Aero is not my cup o tea, I was playing around with stuff but don't really like any of it. Prefer how it was set up before with a simple A2 upper.

Spikes Middy. Vortex sparc, little light, moe gear. 8.8 on my scale with a loaded mag.
