AR9
I seem to be having trouble finding much information on Ar9's. I have a 9mm lower in ATF jail to sbr. I've read a lot about the advantage of a ramped bolt so I'm gonna go that route. I guess my main issue is barrel length. I can't find info on optimal barrel lengths. I'm probably goin to suppress it if that matters on barrel length. Anyways, any references you guys pass along I'd appreciate it.

What do you want to know? My brother runs a qc10 9mm with a 4.5" barrel and a glock cut ramped bolt and glock 9mm mags always suppressed. Runs great being blowback on a carbune buffer but he wants to get a 9mm buffer sometime.

Re: AR9
I run a QC 10 AR9 (Small Frame Glock Lower) as well, I run a 8.5 barrel. I didn't wanna go the 5.5 route, simply because of the accuracy lost. Mine run fine, I use a JP Enterprise bolt, in conjunction with Spike's 9mm Wolfe XP buffer. It runs extremely well... minus the BHO, I need to pick up the new one that actually works... most of the time lol

Re: AR9
I have a cmmg 9mm lower that is about to be in jail as well. I will most definitely be running it suppressed so I'm planning to go with a 4.5 inch barrel to have maximum shortness with the can.

Re: AR9
are you using the once piece or the funky one that comes apart for cleaning. I'm looking at the solid one. It's one of the few that is actually in stock anywhere...lolFudge wrote:I did. Re: AR9
$180-190 is about what I am finding ones like the new frontier in stock for. Ones like JP Enterprises and QC10 that are in the $230-280 range are all out of stock.iron369 wrote:They seem pretty scarce lately in the sub $200 range.

Re: AR9
I found a modular one last night for $140. I didn't really want a modular one so I was being too lazy to get my card info so I figured I buy it today. Went back to the site and they were sold out. Just my luck.
