Anyone use this scope mount by SWFA?

Has anyone used this PEPR-style scope mount from SWFA:

Has only a small amount of reviews but all are positive. Looks like total price with delivery would be about $42.

I don't run this mount but I run there scope rings on my swfa scope all is perfect from my experience
