Bravo Company Manufacturing: All-American Badasses

Paul Buffoni, prior USMC Reserves infantryman, Founder and CEO of BCM, Purveyor of Freedom and Freedom Accessories has shown again what makes BCM a truly great company. This week BCM donated 16 complete BCM Recce 16 KMR13 Mk2 carbines, plus foregrips and sling swivels to the Alliance, OH police department. Most will replace the Alliance PD SRT's rifles that came from the DRMO. Some will be used as training rifles. That's over $23,000 worth of rifles. Aimpoint and Blue Force Gear came on board to also donate optics and slings.

A good company has to have a good product. BCM has a great product, for sure... if they didn't, I couldn't have a badass fighting rifle that still weighs 6.8 pounds even after mounting an optic, forward grip, not-light stock, not-at-all-mini flashlight, and *13in* rail. What makes them a great company, in my opinion, is how they treat people and why. It's not unheard of for BCM to give away replacements to those that have had their rifles locked up as evidence in a shooting. At the end of the day I'd use BCM regardless, because I believe they offer some of the best rifles on the market that happen to be in the form I want, but it's really easy to feel good about where you send your money when you see them do things like this.

I need to build me a lightweight 14.5-16" rifle. I think I'll throw them some funds soon.
