Update with new sling, grip, and cleaning rod/kit to finish it out. For now.

I need to gather some knowledge on the trust and nfa stamp so I can put together an SBR. If I'm reading it right, I need to have a lower to work with (for the serial number) prior to submitting the trust. Correct? Or can I add the serial number later?
