Wolf Gold .223

Just wanted to put this up here.

I spent a whole week at a gun class running Wolf Gold .223 in my Colt AR15. Fired about 2500 rounds and got the rifle pretty hot during some drills, like the Australian Peel. Ran like a champ with no appreciable malfunctions. I think the total number of hiccups was five: one double feed, a few stovepipes where the rim of the case snagged on the edge of the ejection port. On the first day, I had a stovepipe which I attributed to a dirty chamber because I was too lazy to clean the rifle before class. Never happened again.

If you're in the market for brass ammo but want to save a few dollars, I whole-heartedly recommend Wolf Gold. I got mine from Aim Surplus. Ammoman was completely out.

I 2nd this. Not only is it good, inexpensive (I've been getting <$300/case), reliable, & reloadable ammo, it runs great & has been very accurate.

Is my memory faulty or is that made by prvi partisan?

If so, another in a lineup of good ammo with good brass.

My case is Taiwanese. It has been very consistent and hasn't caused any stoppages in my rifle, but I've only gone through 400 rounds or so.

I have bought a couple 1000 rounds of this in the past 4 months and like it.
