PMC 5.56 what's a good price?
Be realistic. I think .20 a round would be good but we all know that isn't going to happen. May be able to get some PMC and if its reasonable I might pass some on. I'm not saying a dollar a round, just curious where you guys think it should be today.

Before the panic PMC was 30 to 40 cents per rd. Wolf was around 20 to 25.Rext wrote:Be realistic. I think .20 a round would be good but we all know that isn't going to happen. There are criminals among us who are both homicidal and incorrigible. Their parents took a shot at civilizing them and failed. Their school teachers took a shot at them and failed. The odds are overwhelming that government welfare programs and penal institutions took a shot at them and failed. If it ever becomes your turn to take a shot at them, don’t fail.

Pre-panic was paying .32 to .35 cents per round. Would love to see those prices return.

I can currently buy PMC for $9 a box, before the stuff it was 7 to 7.50 most places I checked.
Wolf was $5 a box for me. THese are not case prices, these were indivdual box prices.

I know what they were before. Im asking what would you pay right now. $300 per case is long gone,at least for the forseeable future.

Hell, I'd be happy to see it at .40/rd. It's not great, but at least it's affordable for most.Rext wrote:Be realistic. I think .20 a round would be good but we all know that isn't going to happen. If SG ever gets any to ship I have a standing back order of several cases of PMC and Wolf at pre-panic prices.
I think I will cry when I start having to pay current prices for bulk ammo.

.40 - .45 is where it is these days. I am hoping for .35 to .38 as things even out. Maybe there will even be sales on it again sometime this decade.

Re: PMC 5.56 what's a good price?
Wouldn't pay more then $400 a case now.
I'm willing to bet the prices WILL come back down to earth and especially with PMC, being made in Korea, the cost to manufacture cant be much more then what Wolf/Tula is making steel case ammo for.
