looks like a tap on the right top. might have to peck the others with a drill to check hardness, or avoid them altogether and find new ground.

First two holes
Stuck screw
Third hole broken tap
Fourth just a hole
I think the tap is into the chamber??

I was asked to guote
Quoted time and material at standard shop rate too fill in. Three hours

Do you fill in old scope mount holes?
I have 4 that need filled on a hex receiver Mosin
Should be an easy enough job
