Finally got it. FYI Dave. My mags looked used too. They just aren't a shiny metal and it looks like they test loaded them

For those looking to buy this gun... Rumor is that S&W has decided to raise the price on this gun ( Probably due to their inability to keep up with demand ). Once they come back in stock, I'd expect the price to be a bit higher.

I had to go to the store so I carried it to see how it fits. Th4e thing wears a whole lot smaller than the M&P 9c did. You wouldn't think so as it's not that much smaller but it sure feels alot smaller.

1/4 inch narrower makes a world of difference.

That double recoil spring is stiffer than the single one in the 9c. Takes a lot of force to rack the slide. I kind of like it.

I held one today at one of the LGS... I like it, but didn't like the price tag. I was hoping for the under or around $400 that others had been getting them for....they had it for $499.

Would have bought it on the spot if it were cheaper.

I just test drove mine. It would be worth 500 to me!!
The thing shot soooo smooth. I was more accurate with it than I was with my M&P9c. Ran a box of Lawman ball and a box of Hornady JHPs through it. Ate em hungrily. I love this gun!!

Shot mine today and I'am really impressed!
This is the most accurate compact pistol I have ever shot. Was hitting the center of my tagets everytime, from 15 to 20 yards at TG&G this morning.
Put 100 rounds through her with no problems at all.
I will be keeping this one!

maybe I need to unload my 9c and pick one of these up. I am shocked by the amount of people who say this is more accurate than the 9c..

Make sure you know you can get your hands on one before you sell your other gun. I met a guy outside 111 and sold him my 9c, walked in the store and they didn't have any. Took a couple weeks for Misty to track me one down.
