The .22 did not even sound like it fired it was so quiet.

Yeah I didn't have any subsonic rounds for my M16 so it still gets that nice crack. But with the 22 its really quiet.

That's what I want. Will the neighbors be able to tell I'm shooting my AR with non subsonic rounds from 5 acres away?

Are the Kestrel .308 cans available, too? Price? I'm looking for the .300 Win Mag rated full-sized .308 can, not the 7.62 AK version.

The price on the Kestrel 556 is $379 and the price on the Kestrel .308 is $467
