I'm in for the Krestrel 5.56.

I edited the list on the previous page to include everyone now... The order is in and confirmed...
We should start to see them arriving in about 6 weeks or so... Guardians first as they are a little behind on the kestrels, but I will keep people informed on the 2 threads...
Also:
I actually do have the serial numbers of the suppressors ... They are attached to the order confirmation...
But they cannot actually be filed upon until the cans are actually in the possession of Stamler Machine...
Initial paperwork can be started, so I will be assigning serial numbers to individuals by PM in the weeks to come so you can get the trusts updated, etc. ... but Form 4 can't be done until the suppressors are actually in stock at the shop.
Please be patient about serial number assignments as I may not have a lot of time this weekend due to the gun show being in town and I actually have to work next week ... be out of town for most of the week on a project in Jackson, MS ...

Thanks ADayton for putting all this together. I have my trust already, and can do the "transfer to trust" and new schedule A any time, so no rush on getting me the serial # since we have to wait on the transfer to the dealer, anyway.

I dont fill out my Trust property form with the suppressor serial # until it is actually approved and I can officially "move" it to my trust.

I received a letter today from ATF ... and posted it in its entirety in the suppressor forum ...

Here is...The take away from the letter:


This week, eForms will once again be available initially for the processing of Form 6 and Form 6A. As capacity is enhanced over the next several weeks, eForms will then continue to accept Forms 1, 2, 5, 9, 5300.11 and 10. All users may continue to submit paper forms throughout this process, and ATF will continue to surge and prioritize to ensure that this enhancement process does not impede commerce. Ultimately, our largest volume of requests, Form 3 and Form 4, will return to the new and improved eForms, which we expect to accomplish in the short term.

Whatever "the short term" means for form 4's is probably what most people are interested. Though in the "next several weeks" they'll get around to getting form 1's (SBR's) back on eforms.

I sent an email off to the rep requesting status...will post here as soon as I hear...<br />A few weeks ago, he said Guardians were form 3'd and pending...Kestrels were on the lathes.

OK guys and gals ...
Here's the latest I hear from HTA ...
The guardian 9's should be shipped next week ... (form 3'd on 4/11)
The Guardian 22's were form 3'd on 5/30 (~4 wks from form date)
The Kestrel 5.56 should be form 3'd any day now... (~4 wks from form date)
The Kestrel .308's and 7.62AK should form 3 in a few weeks...(are on the lathes now...)
Evidently, HTA has been inundated with orders the first half of the year and that is the reason for the backlog.
I apologize for the extra time this is taking, but I had no idea there was this kind of backlog ...

Guardian 9's are here (at the shop) and just got notice the guardian 22's are ready to ship ... check went out today, so hoping to see them by the end of the week.
I covered the cost of them and would like to recoup those monays at your earliest convenience ...
I will send out individual PM's to those whose suppressors are either in or on their way ...

They didn't show up today... I was down at the shop most of the afternoon....
FYI... I will be on vacation next week, so when they do arrive, I will not be here to get the paperwork started at least next week ... I fully expect they should arrive and the following week, I will be available to get the paperwork done.
I apologize for my unavailability just when they should be showing up, but I have had this trip planned for quite some time to go back up to South Dakota and visit my family ...
I would also expect that the Kestrels will be ready to ship by next week as well ...

OK... Got word on Monday that they have arrived ... I will be back in town on Sunday, so we can start making arrangements to get together this week to do paperwork and get this 'wait party' started ...
Also, I should be able to make it to New Haven next weekend for the 'mini shoot' and will bring along suppressors with me so the prospective buyers can have 'visitation' that day ...
I would imagine the Kestrels will be following suit in the next couple weeks ...
I will keep my fingers crossed ...

I heard yesterday from HTA that the .308's would be the first ones shipped ... They have been off the machines for a while ... what is taking the time is Form 3 (ATF ... Who'd a thunk ... )
