I have a source for these.
From a company that is now producing billet lowers
80.00 per paper weight (plus shipping which depends on amount) OTD
No 4473 needed
No markings/finish

Have you tried aresarmor.com? I think they give better bulk discounts.

You are looking at between 500.00 to 2000.00 for the machines, cutters etc.
And your inexperience can result in a FUBAR.

80% lower are only because you can.
Else there is no advantage beside a clean unmarked lower.

About the same price at retail for the 80% paper weight
New Frontier Armory, I have used their lowers here before for group buy
Another vender had the C-4 lower for sale here.
