Advanced Pistol – One Day

AMMO REQUIREMENT – FIVE HUNDRED (500) ROUNDS
Course Outline -
Advanced Pistol builds upon the basic fundamentals of pistol shooting, and combines those shooting fundamentals with effective tactical thinking. The shooter will be introduced to both physical and mental stress while engaging their targets. Shooters will also learn movement techniques and how to effectively use cover and concealment. Topics will include: range safety, weapons manipulation, marksmanship fundamentals, malfunction diagnosis and clearance, and advanced firing positions.
Courses of Fire:
Level 1 Course Review Shoot and Move Use of Cover and Concealment and Stress Shoot
At the end of the course students will be comfortable and confident with their firearm, and have a grasp on tactical thinking.
