I knocked out when I got home. Had fun even though the rain held us back a while. Happy anniversary Dave and Patty. Cleaning guns not as much fun as shooting for sure.

I only seen one that you had an issue with but you fixed it pretty quick by slamming the buttstock on the ground a few timesguncrank1 wrote:Glad I was there

I forgot the metal spoon and plastic ladle I brought for the chili. Consider them a donation to the range. Had a great time today. My AR jammed once, DD fixed it pretty quick with 1 smack of the buttstock on the ground.... Apparently the lubricant I am using is not good enough, he said it jammed because the bolt was dry and I had sprayed it with Rem Oil before I started firing yesterday.........
Coated it in CLP and had no more issues...

Hell...mine jammed once, forgot to lube before shooting. Bolt was dry and stuck. Rookie move.
Had lots of mosin issues which went away the last time I shot it

I had no jams yesterday after getting the gas block adjusted in. I really like the block but not so much the ace stock.

I was happy....shot the new AR build alot and for the time being it seems everything went together good..

The gas block was pretty neat, the adjuster screw only moves about 1/8" left and right but it changes the rifles cycling rate so much.
