One bullet doesn't cover it. He started firing at 13.xx seconds and doesn't stop until the attacker falls at 15.xx seconds. Notice how many rounds that dude soaked up in 1.5 - 2 seconds, how quickly he moved, and how he KEPT COMING after the initial shots. Situational awareness is your very first and most important tool. Identify potential threats, don't let suspicious people in your space if possible, and be ready to create distance.
