I'm suspicious of this "new" holster, looks like a possibly cheaper option just branded as a better option, although I'm surely biased

Yep. Since Aliengear was bought out, I'm sure they will cut corners now.

I've never tried that style of IWB holster so excuse my ignorance here but do you put that on your pants/belt after putting them on, or put the belt on pants, holster on belt, pants on etc?

Pants then slide the holster in and the clips over the belt, holster the weapon and then tighten the belt.

Honestly, my crossbreed is way more comfortable than my alien gear. I think this may be an upgrade because the leather they use is too thick and stiff. I've had mine for months and it hasn't even begun to break in and contour to me

I only have one iwb holster, an old faithful, just can't wear the damn thing. I try and try, just can't seem to break it in or get used to iwb. I think alien gear and old faithful have been sister companies all along. They pretty much shared the same address since day one.

Hey Guys,

Alien Gear and Old Faithful have always been the same company with the same owner, Thomas Tedder the owner of both just wanted to launch into the budget line of holsters and did so under the Alien gear name. When they launched they were both shipping from the same address. They only changed addresses once people who had bought a $75 dollar old faithful began to catch on and get upset about how that had been "screwed".
