240, 23.6% BF
muscle weighs more than fat, i gained 7 lbs when i started working out hardcore last year, THEN lost it
just a heads up for someone that is in this for most than just weight loss

I think this is partly what is going on? My jeans fit better right out of the dryer Saturday and I can finally make out some muscle definition in my calves again. If that's the case, I'm perfectly ok with this!shelbygoat wrote:240, 23.6% BF

i remember i didn't drop a lb for weeks, but clothes fit better

I hear ya girl, I sorta chickened out about posting my weight on the internet for all the world to see, not just the people who are involved in it. Going strong on the path anyway and fully intend on keeping a pattern, doing everything the same, posting up with ya'll, and even giving Marcus $10 when he wins! LOL A lil disappointed in myself for not being brave enough to post it, however I DID take a pic of my weight on the scale on 6-10-12 so will always have it to show should I ever want to.

Moderation is the key. It's ok to splurge every now and then as long as you make up for it. The problem is when splurging becomes the norm..lol
