me too, though for me its hard to measure my progress by weight loss
All I know is my clothes are fitting better even if the scale isn't budging and I know that I have more muscle definition in my legs. So I know the weight loss will come, I think I'm just working on converting fat nasties to muscle.
Or at least that's what I'll tell myself

305.4, down by .6...It's a freaking miracle I'm not back to starting weight with what I've eaten this week. I guess my nieces and nephews running my fat ass off balanced it out...haha I'll definitely need to do better next week to win this thing! was down by 6 pounds despite my BBQ lunch the other day. Hope it continues. By the time I think to get my cell and take a pic in the pre-coffee fog of the early morning, it is too late. i am dressed already. Will have to do it this evening.

I weighed in Monday am and tipped the scales at a nice 185. I didn't do anything on my fitness pal all weekend because I had an Appleseed. Ate well and ran my ass off. Another this weekend too. I have 30 days now eating less than 1330 calories net. I so want a damn cheeseburger though!
I guess I am down 3.64%

Hey Guys and Gals,
Sorry I forgot to weigh in yesterday morning but did today, I'm using the lose it app. I weighed in at 408.6 which is a total loss of 16.4 pounds.
